Elevate your chicken alfredo pasta with Korean Buldak sauce for the ultimate spice kick!
Get ready to be blown away by this spicy chicken alfredo pasta that is packed with flavor and spice. This recipe is incredibly easy since it includes pre-made ingredients like mixed seasonings and store-bought alfredo sauce. The pasta features hot sauce from Samyang’s Buldak ramen, which is the notorious ramen featured in the Fire noodles challenge, and as the name hints, the sauce is blazin’ hot. Whenever I eat the ramen, I only use about 1/6th of the packet and save the rest of the sauce for other dishes such as this pasta or tteokbokki. Due to high demand, the company now sells bottles of the hot sauce, so feel free to use that or sauce from the ramen.
To match the flavor profile of the buldak sauce, I seasoned the chicken with cajun seasoning, although other blends such as BBQ, chipotle, or adobo would be fitting as well. This recipe is great for meal prepping or potlucks. Consider doubling or tripling the recipe to serve more people.
